Order Cancellations and Returns
If you want to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail. If we have not started
working on your order, we will be able to cancel your order. No money will be charged
to your credit card account.
However, if we have started working on your order, we will not be able to cancel your
order. We might be able to cancel a part of the order which hasn't been manufactured
yet. Please visit the order tracking page to find out about the status of your order.
Each of our product is custom manufactured for you; they cannot be restocked or
resold. For this reason we will only refund products that your not satisfied with.
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please return it
to us within 15 days of receipt of the product. Please indicate which items
you are returning (you could make a copy of the packing slip that came with your
package for this purpose) and the reason you are returning them. Let us know whether
you want a refund, a reship (we will re-manufacture the product for you), or a store
credit for another purchase. Should you choose the store credit option, we will
send you a coupon number by e-mail which you can use during the checkout process
during your next purchase. Pack your item in an appropriate package (preferably
the package you received it in) and mail it back to us at the following address:

We will usually not start the refund process till we received your return package. Also we will
not usally refund you for the return shipping amount. Please contact us by e-mail
prior to returning your item if you have any questions.
